Service Overview

•  Contact us with project information: Measurements, Scope of Work, Detailed Photographs and Desired Timeframe. We will then review and provide you with the most timely, accurate, consistent and profitable estimate using Xactimate software. When your order is placed, there will be a $250.00 (minimum) deposit which will count toward your estimate total.

• During Your Estimate Process. If there are any issues to discuss concerning the project, our estimator will be in contact via email or phone. We are always available to answer your questions and we’ll work diligently to get your estimate exactly how and when you want it!

•  Estimate Approval and Invoice Balance (if applicable) Once approved , we will provide you with a claim package including:     ESX file , PDF, Photo report and any other related claim documentation provided such as moisture readings, Itel reports and more..

                 Payment for invoices is due “upon receipt.”
